Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with late check-in during my first stay. The indoor pool is a great bonus. I'll be back for Christmas!

Comfortable bed, very clean, great location for making the March Break trip south if you are traveling from the Toronto GTA. You get across the border and then the hotel is just south of Detroit so you can get a head start on the drive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
The place is a bit difficult to find. I had to ask once for clean towels after extending my stay for two more days. Very minor things compared to all the hotel offers.

Amazing Staff Make up for No Breakfast
The staff here are super nice and really helpful, especially the night lady who was just lovely. Rooms are clean, and I felt safe since they had hand sanitizer everywhere. Just wish they had breakfast , but honestly, the service was so good it didn't even matter. A solid choice!

The girl at the front desk
The first room had not been cleaned. The second room had too be finished by the front desk receptionist. The room was freezing and after 2 hours on high was still cool.tub stopper kept coming off so tub did not fill. Hot water ran out

The room wasvery comfy and tidy. Parking was easy and hot water with good pressure was available. The common areas like the lobby and hallway could use some updating, and the noise from the upper floor was a bit disruptive .

The hot tub bubbles would not start. We pushed the button several times. wouldnt work. What are we supposed to do? Call staff while we are in the tub? The last time we reserved a room, the water would not stay in the tub. Very disappointing.

The only thing I enjoyed was the room was clean
The hot tub was too small my fiancé is 6'2 he was balled up in the tub the lady at the front desk was so rude and talking too us like we was interrupting her from watching tv the wifi was terrible it kept going off its no stores except the gas station you have to go far just to find food places everything around there was close tv stopped working out the blue and I was feeling like something was crawling on me oh also the air didn't work I was so disappointed I could've went somewhere else and spent 110 instead of being in the middle of nowhere and now that I'm thinking about it we received the wrong room it was one of the worst rooms I ever had the first one the comfort inn

easy access to parks and historical sites nearby
I recently enjoyed my weekend here and appreciated the close proximity to Soldier & Sailor's Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll, also, the Monroe County Michigan Historical Museum was just under 4 km away, super easy to explore some history without the need for a long drive. While the hotel had friendly staff and a clean room, it could use a bit more attention to detail in maintenance.
